Just a little about myself…...I came to the Taos area in 1975 mainly due to my love of skiing and higher altitudes in general. Skiing has always been a passion of mine since my college days at the University of New York, College at Cortland where I majored in Elementary Education and signed up for a skiing class. Taos Ski Valley is rated as one of the top 10 ski areas in the world and it is truly awesome and fun……and always challenging! Some days spent there are as good as it gets!!
The other seasons are wonderful here also as you might imagine. I have always loved the outdoors and the mountains and rivers near Taos are really great for hiking with my dogs and friends after the snow stops falling. The blue, blue sky and the pure white clouds make your heart soar…..not to mention the amazing sunsets we are famous for! I also love the fiber arts that are so prevalent in the Southwest. I wove rugs and pillows in the quaint village of Arroyo Seco (on the way to the ski valley) for several years and thoroughly enjoyed it. With the real estate market booming in Taos, I don’t have much time to weave anymore but am always looking for new designs and color combinations.
These days I find myself looking for houses and land that please my clients and that is a full time job! I look forward to meeting you and finding you that perfect property that you just know is out there somewhere. Let the treasure hunt begin……
